Exhibition Contract Items

General items:
This contract becomes validity after two parties stamped and signed.
This contracted can’t be revised unless two parties agree to amend it with writing agreements.

Accidents beyond control
Exhibition committee is not responsible for the cancel or delay of the exhibition caused by the following accidents which are beyond control:
flood, fire, explosion, earthquake, and other natural disaster;
strike, labor disputes, epidemic, segregation, limitation, and any activities conducted by government, wars, riots and the shortage of materials etc.

Exhibition items (special announcement)
1、 Exhibitor shall guarantee the products on display are identical with the items listed on the contract.
2、 It is prohibited to completely or partly transfer or lease the booth to the third party.
3、 To share a booth, a writing confirmation from exhibition committee is required, otherwise the organizer is entitled to cancel the right of the exhibitors involved to exhibit without the advance notice and the involved losses are assumed by exhibitors themselves.
4、 The products on display must be in line with the subject and categories of the exhibition, otherwise the organizer is entitled to refuse the products to display or cancel the booth and the organizer has the right for compensation if the organizer’s image damaged by the exhibitors.
5、 Organizer is entitled to cancel the booth under the condition of counterfeit products or infringement proved by Industry and Commerce Administration
6、 Special decoration booth construction:
Inflammable and perishable materials are prohibited. The materials used must be in line with the requirements of fire protection and the on site construction shall strictly follow the rules of demand in order to avoid the injuries and deaths caused by safety accidents. The organizer is not responsible for any losses in this respect.
7、 Products excluded from auto aftermarket are prohibited to exhibit (e.g. sunglasses, car models and car toys, etc.)
8、 The organizer reserves the right to allocate booths finally.

The exhibition organizer shall not be responsible for the following accidents occurred in the show.
1. The losses of exhibitor’s property and exhibiting products.
2. the injuries and deaths not caused by the organizer ‘s misconduct.
3. The losses caused by exhibition service providers and contract agents.
